Opening Ceremony & Welcome Cocktail
Pre-registered delegates and accompanying persons are kindly invited to the Opening Ceremony, scheduled for September 21 at 16.00 in the conference room of the Convitto della Calza, followed by a Welcome Cocktail at 20.00 under the beautiful Loggiato's arches.

Social Dinner
The Social Dinner, scheduled for September 23 at 20.30, takes place at the modern and historical venue called Loft E', at about 10 minutes walking distance from the conference venue and from most hotels downtown, located in an historical square within the heart of Florence (Piazza del Carmine, 2R).
Staff members at the registration desk are available for further information on this event.
The cost is not included in the registration fee except for pre-registered accompanying persons who required it in the registration form. Tickets can be bought separately by registered delegates and not-registered  accompanying persons at the cost of € 30,00 and € 80,00 respectively upon availability.
Pre-booked tickets are required to obtain admission to the venue Loft E'.
Due to limited space availability tickets are sold upon availability on first-come-first-served basis.

Optional Excursions
A program of optional tours is managed by the official Travel Agency OIC Way at the registration desk. Tickets reserved in advance are included in the personal conference kit to be collected at the registration desk.
Staff members are available to give information on the excursions and sell tickets for the tours upon availability on first-come-first-served basis.
Social events and tours are organized if a minimum number of participants is achieved, otherwise the paid fee will be fully refunded after the conference.
